What you can expect from the SONAX Detailing Academy BASIC Seminar?
In the basic seminar, you will learn all the necessary basic knowledge and working techniques for vehicle preparation and the correct handling of professional SONAX products. Upon successful completion of this seminar, each participant will receive an official SONAX Detailing Academy Certificate.
Module I: Workplace preparation and external cleaning of a vehicle
- Size and equipment of the optimal workplace
- Analysis of the paint condition
- Paint restoration fundamentals
- Detailed presentation and application of the products for external cleaning
- Engine bay cleaning and sealing
Module II: Interior Cleaning
- Seats, carpet, headliner, cockpit, leather, plastic, window cleaning
- A comprehensive explanation of SONAX products for interior cleaning
Module III: Paint Preparation and Restoration
- Paintwork fundamentals
- Determining the quality of paintwork
- Polishing techniques: rotary vs orbital
- Fundamentals of sealants and their application
- Final paintwork check
The seminar will be finished with a summary of the key points and a Q&A session.
Upon completion of the seminar, each participant will receive an official SONAX Detailing Academy BASIC Seminar Certificate in their name.
